To dispose of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), municipalities need environmentally friendly facilities, sited in a variety of locations and able to process multiple waste streams under one roof.  In response to these needs, World Waste is commercializing a process that should effectively address the problem of waste disposal on a large scale.  Our standard full-scale plants are planned to process 2,000 tons per day of MSW.

Research and Development

We are currently engaged in research and development efforts regarding the conversion of cellulose biomass into products such as ethanol, refuse derived fuel, syngas or other products.

The World Waste steam classification process has the potential of yielding dramatic benefits for municipalities:

  • Processes MSW without harmful emissions

  • Reduces landfill disposal by as much as 75 to 80 percent

  • Limits landfill air emissions and odors

  • Eliminates landfill waste water and associated ground-water contamination

  • Replaces and conserves fossil fuels
